A carer is someone who provides unpaid support to a relative, partner, friend or neighbour who could not manage without help. [ageuk.org.uk]
If you are a carer, please let our reception team know. We can offer information and support, and with your consent, add you to our Carers’ Register so we can better support your health and wellbeing.
How we can support you
- Information and advice about local services
- Access to a Carer Health Check Clinic (an appointment with a Healthcare Assistant, followed by support from a GP Liaison Worker)
- Signposting to specialist organisations and local support
